In development, looking for pilot farms
Is every animal on your farm making money?
Your worker logs feed, weight, milk and vet treatments in a Telegram bot with 2–3 taps. You see the cost and profit of every animal and how much feed is left in stock.
When the books live in a notebook, it is hard to see where the money goes
Unknown cost
Money comes in when an animal is sold, but nobody can say exactly how much feed, medicine and wages it took. You can't tell which animal lost money.
Feed goes missing
Nobody compares feed received with feed given out. Shortages show up months later, when the store runs empty.
Notebooks and Excel don't match
Everyone records things their own way: a notebook, a phone, a spreadsheet. At month end the numbers don't add up.

The worker logs it in the bot
Fed a group, weighed, milked or vaccinated: 2–3 taps in the Telegram bot.

The system calculates
Feed is costed at the price of the batch it came from. Shared costs such as wages and electricity are split across the animals.

You see the report
The web dashboard shows profit and loss per animal, stock levels and alerts.
Just a few buttons for your worker
The worker picks the group and the amount, then confirms. If it was a mistake, they can undo the entry within 10 minutes.

Which animals earn and which lose, at a glance
The web dashboard shows cost, sale and profit for each animal. Feed on record and feed counted in the store sit side by side.
The farm's records in one place
Feed by group
Feed is given to a pen or flock and split across the animals in it.
Feed batches
Feed bought at different prices is never mixed: each batch is costed at its own price (FIFO).
Weight, milk and wool
Weighing, milking and shearing records. Cost of 1 kg of gain and 1 litre of milk.
Vet care and withdrawal
Vaccination and treatment records. Warns about meat and milk until the withdrawal period ends.
Reminders
Vaccinations, heat, births and state ear-tag deadlines.
Shared costs
Wages, electricity and other shared costs are split across the animals.
UZS and USD
Costs and sales can be entered in sum or in dollars.
Several farms
One person can work on several farms, for example a vet.
Animal identification is now mandatory
Under Law No. ZRU-1079 of 2025-08-06 “On the identification, registration and tracking of animals”, animals must be identified. The system only reminds you of ear-tag deadlines.
The system is not connected to the state system.

For investors and partners
Raqamli chorva is cloud ERP and analytics (SaaS) for small and mid-sized livestock farms in Uzbekistan. Two interfaces: a Telegram bot for workers and a web dashboard for owners. Core logic: FIFO costing by feed batch and detection of stock shortages. Current stage: development and pilot farm selection.
